Addendum Scrotal Ultrasound
There are left sided varicoceles noted with the largest measuring 4.0 mm. There is right epididymal cyst of 3.0 mm and a left epididymal cyst of 3.0x5.mm . These are all chronic findings with no acute pathology seen.
The right testicle measures 4.7x3.0x1.9. the left testicle measures 4.3x3.0x2.1 the echotexture of both testices is homogeneous with no intratesticular masses or microcalcifions

1-2- Bu tahlilde solda varikosel olduğu yazıyor. Derecesi yazılmamış. Her iki tarafta kist varmış ve testis boyutları yazılmış.
3- Doktor muayenesi ila varikoselin derecesi kabaca tespit edilebilir.
