There are left sided varicoceles noted with the largest measuring 4.0 mm. There is right epididymal cyst of 3.0 mm and a left epididymal cyst of 3.0x5.mm . These are all chronic findings with no acute pathology seen.
The right testicle measures 4.7x3.0x1.9. the left testicle measures 4.3x3.0x2.1 the echotexture of both testices is homogeneous with no intratesticular masses or microcalcifions
Bu raporda varikoselin derecesi yazmiyor ama daha once siz daha once bunun icin cok kucuk bir varikosel demistiniz
1- Sol tarafta 0 ile 1 derece/grade arasinda varikosel var diyebilirmiyiz?
2- Bende su an sadece goruntu oldugu icin ve bu raporda varikosel derecesi yazmadigi icin bir Devlet hastanesinde yada herhangi bir hastanede uzmana gitsem bana sadece ultrosound goruntusune bakarak varikosel derecesini rapor halinde yazarlar mi?
